Our gesture-based control technology is patent pending.

Dolos is a smart ring that provides:
- Gesture-based control of smart home devices and applications (patent pending)
- Health and fitness tracking including heart rate, HRV, SpO2, sleep, and activity
- Integration with third-party services and platforms
- A companion mobile application for iOS and Android

4. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use Dolos. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

You agree not to:

are owned by Dolos or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Health Data Disclaimer
Dolos is designed for general wellness and fitness tracking purposes. It is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolos shall not be liable for:
